With a foundational Hospitality Skills diploma from Durham College Toronto and over a decade of elite, hands-on experience in the competitive restaurant industry, Noor combines robust operational expertise with a deep-seated passion for culinary innovation.
Throughout a diverse career spanning frontline execution to strategic brand development, Noor has mastered the intricacies of supply chain efficiency, guest satisfaction metrics, and team leadership. This comprehensive industry background laid the groundwork for Northern Fried Chicken—a brand engineered from day one for operational efficiency, rapid scalability, and high market demand.
